Terms of Sale
The basis on which SIAMSPRING quotes, produces and delivers custom springs and wire forms.
These terms describe how we work. A quotation is issued on these terms unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Quotations
Quotations are prepared from the drawing or specification you supply. How long a quotation remains valid is stated on the quotation itself. Where a part is quoted before tooling or process capability has been verified, the quotation is subject to confirmation after the prototype run.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Production begins after we receive a purchase order, an approved drawing revision and, where applicable, an approved sample. Drawing revisions must be advised before production starts; changes after that point are handled as a new quotation.
Samples and tooling
Prototype and sample quantities are chargeable unless we agree otherwise. Where tooling or fixtures are made specifically for a customer, ownership and storage are agreed per order.
Delivery and payment
Delivery terms and payment terms are stated on each quotation. Lead time runs from the later of order confirmation, drawing approval or receipt of material where the wire grade is made to order.
Documentation and conformity
We supply a material certificate with each shipment and issue inspection records where agreed in advance. Drawings, specifications and tooling supplied by a customer remain the customer's property and are used only to fulfil that customer's orders.
Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for consequential loss arising from the use of a part in an application for which it was not specified. Warranty claims are assessed against the agreed drawing and specification.
Governing terms
This agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. The operator of this site is AOFENG SPRING (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED.
