What we make
We build springs to drawing rather than selling from a catalogue. Typical work:
- Compression springs — including closed and ground ends, stainless and carbon steel
- Extension springs — with loops, hooks or custom end forms
- Torsion springs — including counterbalance springs for overhead and rolling doors
- Formed wire parts
Heat treatment and end grinding are handled in-house; passivation and plating are available to your specification.
How an order runs
- Send us the drawing or the specification. A sketch with dimensions is enough to start.
- We come back with pricing and lead time. We confirm the working days at the time we acknowledge your enquiry.
- You approve a sample. Prototype quantities are welcome; you do not need to commit to production volume first.
- Production runs and ships with the documents your quality team asks for.
If a dimension falls outside what our machines can hold, we will say so rather than quote it.

Our production floor is in Nikhom Phatthana, Rayong, Thailand, in the same industrial corridor as a large share of the country's automotive and appliance manufacturing. Buyers are welcome to visit.
