Quality and Documents

Overseas buyers rarely lose sleep over whether a spring can be wound. They lose sleep over whether the second shipment will match the first, and whether the paperwork will satisfy their own customer.

What we control in-house

Forming, heat treatment, end grinding and inspection all happen on our own floor. That matters for two reasons: the process window stays the same from order to order, and the production location on your documents is where the parts were actually made.

Documents issued with a shipment

• Material certificate for the wire used
• Dimensional inspection report on request
• Country-of-origin documentation
• Packing list and shipping documents

Certifications

• ISO 9001:2015 — quality management system, certified by URS (UKAS accredited), valid to 26 December 2027.
• ISO 14001:2015 — environmental management system, certified by URS, valid to 4 May 2028.

Both certificates are held by AOFENG SPRING (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED and cover this plant in Rayong. Certificate numbers are available on request.

We do not list certifications we do not hold, and we do not describe processes as approved by a standard we are not audited against. If your supplier questionnaire asks for something outside the list above, tell us and we will answer honestly.

Inspecting us before you order

Buyers are welcome to visit the factory in Rayong. We will also complete your supplier questionnaire, and we would rather do it before the first order than discover the gap during an audit.
