This policy explains what we do with the information you send us. It applies to this website and to the quotation requests, drawings and correspondence that come through it.
What we collect
When you submit a quotation request we collect the contact details you enter, the technical information you provide about the part, and any drawing or file you attach. Our server also records the time of submission and the originating IP address, which we use only to block automated spam.
Why we collect it
To prepare a quotation, to correspond with you about it, and to keep a record of orders and their documentation. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email to addresses that came in through a quotation request.
Who can see it
Your request is visible to the staff who prepare quotations and to the engineers who assess manufacturability. We do not pass drawings or specifications to third parties without asking you first.
How long we keep it
Quotation requests and their attachments are retained while the commercial relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete a request at any time.
Your requests
Write to info@siamspringfactory.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. This site is operated by AOFENG SPRING (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED.

Send your drawing or specification and we will come back with pricing and lead time. If you do not have a drawing, describe the application and we will work from that.
