SIAMSPRING is a spring manufacturing plant in Nikhom Phatthana, Rayong, Thailand. We produce custom springs and formed wire parts to drawing, and we sell mainly to overseas distributors and equipment manufacturers.
SIAMSPRING is the overseas brand of AOFENG SPRING (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED, which owns and operates this plant in Rayong.
What we are set up to do
Our machinery and processes are aimed at small and mid-sized precision parts: wire diameters from 0.08 mm up to 6.0 mm, in carbon steel and a range of stainless grades, with heat treatment and end grinding handled in-house.
We are deliberately not set up for high-volume commodity springs, where the competition is a price race across a very narrow specification. Our work is the opposite: fewer parts, more drawings, and buyers who care about consistency and documentation.
How we work with overseas buyers
English is the working language for quotations and technical discussion. We quote from your drawing, run a prototype, and continue into production once you have approved the sample. Documentation is prepared as part of the job, not as a favour afterwards.
Visiting
The plant is in the Rayong industrial area, roughly two hours from Bangkok. Let us know before you travel and we will arrange a date.
