Visit the plant
Buyers are welcome in Rayong, about two hours from Bangkok.
What we make
Built to your drawing rather than sold from a catalogue.

Compression springs
Plain or ground ends, in carbon steel and a range of stainless grades.

Extension springs
Loops, hooks or custom end forms, to the drawing.

Torsion springs
Straight or bent legs, including counterbalance springs for doors.

Formed wire parts
Bent, formed and assembled to drawing.
Heat treatment and end grinding are handled in-house. Passivation and plating are available to your specification.
Most of what we quote is not on a list like this. Send the drawing and we will tell you plainly whether we can hold it.

Why buyers come back
Made in Thailand
Our own production floor in Rayong. Forming, heat treatment, grinding and inspection all happen in-house, so the country of origin on your documents matches where the parts were actually made.
Small-batch friendly
Prototype and pilot quantities are a normal order here, not an exception. Send a drawing and we will quote it at the volume you actually need today.
Documented and traceable
Material certificates, process records and country-of-origin documents are prepared as standard, so your supplier audit has something to read.
How an order runs
Four steps, and no surprises in between.
- Send the drawing or a sketchA sketch with dimensions is enough to start. PDF, DWG, DXF or STEP.
- We quote price and lead timeWe confirm the working days when we acknowledge your enquiry.
- You approve a samplePrototype quantities are welcome; you do not commit to production volume first.
- Production runs and shipsWith the documents your quality team asks for.
If a dimension falls outside what our machines can hold, we will say so rather than quote it.
Inside the plant
Forming, heat treatment, end grinding and inspection happen on this floor — the same address that appears on your documents.
